Richard Martin Reass
CEO and Founder
Richard M. (Dick) Reass is the Founder and President of both Reliant Title and RynohLive based in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Dick’s inspirational and visionary leadership has spanned both a highly successful and decorated military career as well as an award winning private sector career. A game-changer and doer that influenced National Maritime Policy, and developed and impacted Naval Tactics and Procedures, he is now revolutionizing an Industry.
It was that same game-changing mindset that gave Dick the incentive to pursue his passion for process improvement. After retiring from the Navy he founded Reliant Title in 1998. Reliant Title and Dick were recognized in 2000 and again in 2003 as the Hampton Roads Realtors® Association Affiliate of the Year.
In 2007, with Reliant Title well established, Dick moved over full-time to Segin Software, LLC, which he founded in 2005. In 2009, RynohLive was introduced to a national industry audience. Adopted as the “industry standard” for escrow account and financial management, RynohLive received its patent from the U. S. Patent Office in April 2012.
In April of 2013 Deborah joined RynohLive as the Administrative Director. She currently manages the overall daily office operations and overseas a number of departments including human resources and finance. Deborah’s background consists of 15 years in the finance and accounting field as well as experience in administrative management.
Deborah volunteers her spare time to the City of Virginia Beach and is an avid scuba diver.
Stephanie has been with RynohLive since April of 2010 and her responsibilities include managing Client Support Services and the Onboarding process for new clients. Stephanie also handles Positive Pay™ integration set up as well as daily client product, reconciliation and technical support.
Stephanie earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Arkansas in 2002. She has more than 15 years of experience in logistics and project management and her interests include outdoor activities, enjoying the beautiful Virginia beaches, kayaking, biking, and hiking.
Terry Dike has been with RynohLive since 2011 as Reconciliation Specialist where she oversees reconciliation support and provides product support, installation and training. Terry also has hands-on proficiency with numerous closing software programs. Her background includes over 17 years of accounting experience with seven years specifically in escrow accounting including forensic accounting for multi-million dollar real estate fraud investigations. Her background additionally includes special event facility management.
Terry is the proud mother of five and enjoys playing Jazz Flute, fishing, and crochet.
Senior Software Developer
Jia joined RynohLive in 2006 as a Senior Software Developer. His responsibilities include the development of the RynohLive Reconciliation Engine, RynohLive Generic Bank Connector, RynohLive Management Module and the RynohLive Scheduler.
Jia has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Old Dominion University and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China. Prior to coming to United States in 2001, he was the Vice Director of the Software Technology Lab at the University of Science & Technology of China. Jia has published more than 10 papers in refereed journals and has co-authored two books in the computer science field.
Jia’s interests include artificial intelligence, natural language processing and signal/image processing.
Senior Software Developer
J.D. began his career at RynohLive in 2008 as lead developer forRynohLive with more than ten years of experience in programming. His responsibilities include the architecture and development of core sections of RynohLive. J.D. has developed the online banking retrieval system, the three way reconciliation module, and the underwriter fraud detection alert module for the RynohLive product suite.
J.D.’s personal interests include staying up-to-date and following technology news, playing drums, and contributing to open source software.
Senior Vice President
Matthew “Matt” Reass joined RynohLive in June 2015 as Senior Vice President. Prior to joining RynohLive, for thirteen years Matt worked for a Virginia based title and settlement agency, Reliant Title. He is also a licensed underwriter and Virginia Certified Title Settlement Agent (VCTSA) and served as a Director for the Virginia Land Title Association (VLTA) 2014-2015.
Matt is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a BS in Civil Engineering and also a graduate of University of Virginia Darden School of Business Executive Program.
Prior to his thirteen years of title experience, Matt worked in the engineering consulting industry.
